Additionally, FICO credit score of 650 or higher is preferred and gross total household income must be at least three times the rental amount.

Upon review of the application, we may require additional supporting documents and/or additional deposit on a case-by-case basis. A rental is not considered rented until the lease is signed by all applicants and funds are paid.
